Professional Implementation and Support

Services

Ambient.ai shall perform one of the following packages of services for Customer based on the associated product license:

Signals Intelligence

  • Remote Cloud Managed Appliance Set-up Assistance
  • Camera Onboarding, up to 50 cameras associated with one appliance
  • Integration with Physical Access Control System (PACS)
  • Threat Model Tuning and Configuration (PACS related threat signatures)
  • Training
  • Go-Live Support

Threat Detection and Response

  • Remote Cloud Managed Appliance Set-up Assistance
  • Camera Onboarding, up to 50 cameras associated with one appliance
  • Threat Model Tuning and Configuration
  • Training
  • Go-Live Support

Package Details

1. Signals Intelligence

Remote Cloud Managed Appliance Set-up Assistance

Ambient.ai will provide documented guidance to support Customer in the installation and connection of the cloud managed appliance. Ambient.ai will also provide remote support for answering questions and assisting with troubleshooting during the installation process.

Camera Onboarding (up to 50 cameras)

Ambient.ai will onboard Customer’s identified camera streams into the Ambient.ai application based on provided credentials.

Integration with Physical Access Control System (PACS)

Ambient.ai will integrate with Customer’s PACS by enabling the system connection and associating the readers to the related camera streams.

Threat Model Tuning and Configuration

Ambient.ai will configure the Ambient.ai application including deployment of PACS-related threat signatures and security profiles based on agreement with Customer.

Training

Ambient.ai will deliver two training sessions:

  • Operator – Proactive Alert Monitoring (up to two hours)
  • Analytics (up to one hour)
Go-Live Support

Ambient.ai will provide support for questions, troubleshooting, and threat model adjustment for two weeks following Go-Live.

2. Threat Detection and Response

Ambient.ai will provide support for questions and troubleshooting for two weeks following Go-Live.

Assumptions

  1. Customer will identify a project manager and technical resource responsible for coordination and required information.
  2. Customer is responsible for camera installation and view resolution.
  3. Customer must provide accurate and comprehensive camera details.
  4. Cameras must have ONVIF enabled (except Axis) with full-permission credentials.
  5. Scope is limited to one associated product license type.
  6. Services are remote unless otherwise agreed.
  7. Go-Live is defined as at least one Customer user being granted access to their configured Ambient account.

Duration

The services timeframe will not exceed 60 days from contract signature.

Test Execution Support

Includes up to two days of onsite testing support, troubleshooting, and threat model adjustment.

Test Review and Success Criteria Validation

Ambient.ai will review test results and support Customer in evaluating performance against success criteria.

Pilot Summary Report

Ambient.ai will consolidate results into a summary report and review it with Customer.

Onsite Appliance Installation
